Ballistic Nylon NATO® Style Straps for BARTON WATCH BANDS - Color, Length & Width Options

The BARTON NYLON MILITARY STYLE WATCH BANDS are a must-have for any watch enthusiast. Crafted from durable ballistic nylon, these straps are waterproof, washable, and ready for any occasion.

The MILITARY STYLE straps are available in two lengths: 'standard' (10" length, fits wrists 5" to 7 1/2" in circumference) and 'long' (11" length, fits wrists 6" to 8 1/2" in circumference). The standard length is available in 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm widths, while the long version is available in 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm widths. Customers with wrists under 7" typically prefer the standard length, and those with wrists over 7 1/4" typically prefer the long band.

To determine the proper width for your watch, check the underside of your current band, use a metric ruler to measure the width where the band attaches, or search online for the specifications of your watch model. If your watch has an odd lug width (19mm, 21mm, or 23mm), select a strap that is 1mm wider, as the soft material will squeeze in nicely.

These bands are compatible with any traditional watch that uses standard 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, or 24mm spring bars. To attach the strap, remove the original band, reinsert the spring bars into the watch head (replacement spring bars are sold separately if needed), and then simply feed the strap between the spring bar and watch casing, behind the watch head, and up through the other spring bar. Run the free end through the leather ring on the short strap to secure the watch head. No need to remove the spring bars to swap between different colors.

If the band is longer than desired, fold the free end neatly back into the keeper loop or cut it to the desired length. If trimmed, expose the cut end to a match or lighter flame to avoid fraying.
